There are 2 chemicals which help prevent corrosion and detinning.
- Nitromethane
- d-limonen
From my experiences, I recommend to use 3% by wt in bulk.
Due to VOC – the chemists are using to beat VOC regulation – they use water in the bulk formulation. Water is the culprit to attack aluminum metal or tim metal. The above two chemical with really help prevent these from happening.
